This was a very cozy and friendly place. I came for breakfast and had a western omelette, white toast, and black coffee. The coffee was strong! The omelette was a good portion, and the toast was kind of chewy in a good way. I recommend this place if ever passing by and you’d like a coffee or quick bite.

With the corner store selling vanilla cappuccino for a dollar. I can not pay $3.50 for a cup here. I had to walk out and walk two blocks to save $2.50.

Ran in from the rain, around the corner from our hotel. Greeted by a friendly gentleman & offered a seat if we were dining in. The menu was hung on a giant board behind the counter, with a surprising number of options for such a small place. Bagels were ordered, generous portion of lox on one, DITTO for the cream cheese on another. My egg, cheese & sausage on a roll was perfect, & made me happy on a rainy summer morning in Brooklyn's Red Hook area. Well fed, we were prepped for our day ahead. This is another spot that really made our Brooklyn experience one to be remembered & shared.
